I'm not the type of lawyer who will plead you guilty if there is a defense in your case. I will work with investigators, experts, witnesses and other professionals to visit the alleged crime scene, challenge the government's version of the facts and make sure the charges are correct. You might have been led to believe you are guilty. I say that depends what the evidence shows and whether the prosecutor can prove the charges. Also, I handle all cases personally. I do not hand off matters to an associate or assistant.
